Sara Sinclair is absolutely passionate about food, and everything to do with it. Based in Glasgow, she has travelled the world and experienced a huge variety of foods and cooking cultures. Her cooking adventures began when she was only 4 or five years old with her grandmothers, both traditional Scottish cooks who prepared everything fresh every day. This ethos has become one of nosh`s guiding principles, together with a belief that Scottish food can hold its own against any cuisine in the world.

When she was about 7 years old, sara was sailing round the west coast of Scotland pretty much every weekend, on a yacht with a very small galley. Here she learned to catch, gut and cook mackerel – sometimes in petty choppy seas. Excellent practice for some of the venues that nosh loves to work in!
She has been cooking ever since, and running nosh successfully for over 10 years.

Sara brings her love of food and love of life to every event that nosh is involved in. This is coupled with a commitment to quality , service and attention to every tiny detail that makes the nosh experience very special indeed.
